Acceptance of Terms
By applying for, and successfully receiving hosting at NeedWebHosting.net, I, the user, agree to adhere to the code of standards that are defined by the management, of NeedWebHosting.net in this Terms of Service Agreement Document. We ("the management") reserve the right to change this document in anyway, without prior notice of the user of NeedWebHosting.net Services. To gain an account with NeedWebHosting.net you will have to 'accept' on your own behalf the NeedWebHosting.net TOS; through and throughout.

Description of Service
We aim to provide the highest quality of standards in our paid services, and we will ensure that our client’s needs are our first and foremost goals in our company. Since our product is a paid service we look to minimize the unavoidable downtime of 0.2% to the best of our ability.

Requesting Duties
When requesting a paid hosting plan from NeedWebHosting.net services, you should ensure you are submitting correct and accurate data to us. This will help identify how to maximize the setup of your account. If the data provided is erroneous you will be subject to non-creation of your account until the details provided have been considered accurate.

Account Terms
All accounts registered on NeedWebHosting.net Network, must comply the TOS. If an account is found to be violated the terms, it will be subject to indefinite suspension, and if necessary termination. Regular checks will be ran to ensure our clients are following the Code of Standards, and as accounts not complying to the rules will be lambasted, in turn clients that consistently follow the rules will be rewarded with account ‘goodies’ and rewards.

Privacy
NeedWebHosting.net expects all clients to keep their passwords confidential, and not be made available for public use and/or distribution. NeedWebHosting.net also expects members to keep all SSL Certificates enclosed from the general public. Certificates, IP Addresses and any other Documents of importance; are to be kept confidential. This is to ensure the maximum safety of your accounts and our servers.

Etiquette
NeedWebHosting.net Registered users are expected to show courtesy Supportive behaviour and demonstrate a controlled use of fowl and/or demeaning language. Staff Members Reserve the Right to Ban any member who they feel is disrupting peace and order.

Termination
NeedWebHosting.net reserves the right to terminate any account that they feel is not upholding this contractual. Your account will also be terminated if illegal files are being hosted such as pornography, warez, copyrighted materials (Images, Scripts and even web sites) Proxies are also banned for being hosted by our clients. We are entitled to revise our termination offences as and when we see appropriate, however if accounts not previously violating our rules, but would be upon change, clear warning will be given approximately 10 days in advance, to allow clients time to make the relevant changes to their account. Any account that is terminated or suspended as a result of breach of rules is not subject for any cash or services refund.

Resale of Service
By accepting our Hosting, the user agrees to not duplicate, imitate, reproduce, resell or exploit our services. Any user caught doing this will have their account removed instantly without refund.

Regarding the use of IRC (INTERNET RELAY CHAT), Mp3 and other media
We do not allow the use of IRC networks to be setup on our servers. This is for a controlled environment to prevent downtime of the NeedWebHosting.net servers and to help the load in which the servers can take. This goes the same as any other Media software uploaded onto the NeedWebHosting.net server; if they cause too much 'load' on the servers your account will be terminated/suspended on the breach of NeedWebHosting.net TOS.

The following are the media files that will not be accepted for upload:
.TGA, .SIT, .WMV, .M3U,.WMA, .MP4, .RM, .RAM, .MOV, .RA, .AVI, .QT, MPG, .TORRENT, CAB and .MP3 Though we do accept some .MP3 background music, we will not allow the use of it to be directly downloaded. If you wish to have .MP3 Background music going, you will have to contact NeedWebHosting.net Staff to accept/deny MP3 usage.

Acceptances of Liability
Users who participate in our Service Accept complete Liability for their Actions on our Servers.

Warranty:
All hosting includes a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus setup fees and/or overage charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.

Accounts cancelled/terminated for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
